Dry Cleaning
The project introduces the dry clean technology of PLA TO Corporation in Germany, which could satisfy the cleaning needs of raw material processing, as well as achieve the goal of environmental protection and energy conservation.
The superiorities have four:
1.Flexible processing mode
The user could choose either processing mode according to the raw material character and the pollution degree freely. It could achieve both the dry cleaning and the traditional wet cleaning(add the detergent solution) include the material desiccation in the main tank.
2.Extremely low water consumption
To satisfy the cleaning needs, the consumption of water and detergent used in the dry cleaning process is only 10% of that used in the traditional wet cleaning process.
3.Material characteristic keeping
Thermoplastic, for example: PE, PP, PS, PET etc., could be destroyed its nature in the traditional wet cleaning process as a result of the detergent residuum. But dry cleaning process thus because does not need to add the detergent to aid or the solvent cannot destroy the nature.
4.Hermetic Processing Condition
The material wouldn¡¯t even bring any outside leaks in the entire treating processes, the pollutant also has special equipment corresponds for receiving and discharging so as to? ?reduce the environment pollution as a result of the contamination.
Electrostatic separation
The project introduces the electrostatic separation arts and crafts of HAMOS Corporation in Germany. The remarkable physical technique is brought in to achieve the separation between material and the impurity with fabulous efficiency, so as to make the product in diverse purity to satisfy the needs of different customers. The product purity may reach even above 95%.The technical bottleneck that the difficulty of separation of the fragments in the traditional techniques is easily solved by the very method.
Color Separation
The project introduces the fully-automatic color separator of SEA coperation of Italy. The near-infrared recognition sensing technology and the precise compressed air spraying technology are utilized to achieve the separation of different typies of materials. The separation precision may reach highly effective above 98%. ?Software which could be programed flexibly is able to achieve every complicated separation accurately without any manpower.
